FAIRFIELD TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Police say an 80-year-old woman has been flown to the hospital after she found injured in a yard.
Police say Ida Christine Reynolds was found after 8 a.m. in her yard on Lester Avenue in Fairfield Township.
Police say Reynolds' son, Jimmie, checked on her at midnight, and then found her just after 8 a.m. tangled in the fence of the yard.
Police believe she wandered off. She was wearing a night gown and was barefoot.
She was taken to Butler County Regional Airport, where she was picked up by AirCare to be taken to University Hospital.
Her condition is unknown, but police say she was unresponsive when she was found.
