LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - Jurors in Ryan Widmer's third trial entered their second day of deliberations Tuesday.
Widmer, 30, is accused of drowning his wife, Sarah, in the bathtub of the couple's Hamilton Township home in August of 2008.
Jurors got the case around 1 p.m. Monday afternoon, and deliberated for about five hours before going home for the night. The only thing they asked for on Monday was the 911 call.
They returned Tuesday morning around 9 a.m. Judge Neal Bronson asked if they had been compliant with the orders of the court, and all said they had.
A conviction in Widmer's first trial was overturned due to juror misconduct. A second trial ended in a hung jury.
