We're taking the confidence that our customers have in our service a step further by test marketing Allstate's Claim Satisfaction Guarantee, a new feature being added to all standard personal auto policies in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio for no additional charge beginning December 13, 2010.

Allstate's Claim Satisfaction Guarantee is the latest customer innovation breakthrough from the company that first brought consumers Accident Forgiveness, Deductible Rewards ® and the Safe Driving Bonus®check.

How it Works

Allstate's Claim Satisfaction Guarantee is simple. If, for any reason, an eligible customer in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio is dissatisfied with the service they receive on a paid auto claim, Allstate will give the customer a credit to their policy after the consumer notifies Allstate in writing that they are dissatisfied and has met all the requirements.

Who Is Eligible

The Claim Satisfaction Guarantee will be available to all standard personal auto customers in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. The feature will automatically be added to all standard auto customers' policies in these states at no additional charge beginning December 13, 2010.

  • Our 500-person Special Investigative Unit works full-time protecting customers from fraud and saving them money by reducing the impact of fraud on insurance rates.  
  • We have reinvented claim handling through our new, state-of-the-art system, which has enabled Claims to streamline the claim handling process for customers.
