GOSHEN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - A Goshen Township man is now facing involuntary manslaughter charges in connection with the death of a 3-year-old girl.
Samuel Lee Johnson, 32, was arrested early Friday morning.
Johnson is charged in connection with the death of a 3-year-old girl, who was found dead in her family's mobile home at the end of January.
Prosecutor Don White said the grand jury will get the case on Wednesday. He said prosecutors will push for child endangering and murder charges against Johnson.
Johnson was arraigned Friday and had his bond set at $1 million.
The child's mother, Erin Pappas, has been indicted on drug charges. Prosecutors will also present the grand jury with child endangering charges against her.
