Pedestrian struck by vehicle; Sheriffs looking for the driver

WHITEWATER TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Hamilton County Sheriff's Office is currently looking for a driver who they say struck a pedestrian Sunday afternoon and kept going.

An unknown black vehicle, possibly a 2009 to 2011 Chevrolet Cobalt, was traveling south near the 9500 block of Valley Junction Road around 3:00 p.m., when the driver struck  a pedestrian who was walking along the west side of the road. After striking the pedestrian, the black vehicle fled the scene.

The pedestrian has been identified as 47-year-old Nicholas Schubert of Cleves, OH. Schubert is currently at University Hospital where his is listed in stable condition.
