Cincinnati (Fox 19) Former Winton Woods head coach Troy Everhart is taking over as head football coach at Middletown high school. In a release, Middletown AD Gary Lebo said the hire is pending the approval of the school board later this week.
Everhart won the 2009 Division II state title at Winton Woods and spent the last year on staff with Butch Jones at the University of Cincinnati.
The Middletown job became available when Jason Krause left the Middies for the head coaching job at Fairfield high school.
