LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - A Lebanon man who had been charged in the death of a woman during an automobile crash in October has been found guilty in Warren County Common Pleas Court.
Douglas Allison, 42, was found guilty of aggravated vehicular homicide and vehicular homicide Thursday. On October 14th, Lebanon Police say Allison's Ford Explorer struck a Nissan Altima driven by Mary Wells, 65, on U.S. 42 and by-pass route 48 on Thursday evening.
Wells did not survive the accident. Allison's license had been suspended since 1990 and he had no privileges to drive.
Douglas Allison was sentenced to serve six years in prison, and will not be able to receive a driver's licence ever again.
