COVINGTON, KY (FOX19) - A teenager who was just 14-years-old when she was arrested for her role in a Kenton County murder was formally sentenced on Monday.
Emily Ball, 16, will spend 15 years behind bars as part of a plea deal.
She pled guilty earlier this month to her role in the murder of Travis White. She was just 14 years old when she lured White into a home on Madison Avenue, where he was beaten and stabbed to death.
Ball is one of the youngest people ever to be charged with murder in adult court in Kentucky. She pled guilty to conspiracy to commit assault, unlawful imprisonment, and tampering with physical evidence.
In August, Kasey Dodson and Brian Golsby were convicted and sentenced to life in prison for the murder of White. Dodson and Golsby claimed to be vampires.
Dale Lamont Eastman and David Thompson, both of Covington, and Amber Goerler were charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence in this case.
