CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) – Another hearing was held Wednesday regarding the historic Gamble House.
The Greenacres Foundation was seeking a waiver for the orders issued by the City of Cincinnati to obtain a VBML (Vacant Building Maintenance License). They are appealing the decision that city officials made back in June 2010 when they ordered the Greenacres Foundation to obtain such a license.
The appeal was denied.
A fundraising website has been created to help cover the legal expenses. To learn more, go to http://www.savethegamblehouse.org/legal-fund/.
