CORRYVILLE, OH (FOX19) - Crews battled a one-alarm house fire in Corryville Wednesday morning.
Firefighters were called to the 3000 block of Euclid Avenue around 8:30 a.m.
Initial arriving fire units discovered a working fire in the attic of a two-story home. Firefighters conducted an aggressive interior attack controlling the fire in the attic in thirty minutes.
The occupants of the home were able to escape without injury. The five people living in the home are being assisted by the Red Cross.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined. Damage is estimated at $40,000.
