Dog that went missing after escaping Norwood fire has been found

NORWOOD, OH (FOX19) - A dog who went missing after escaping from a fire in Norwood has been found.

The boxer/Labrador retriever mix, named Xena, was found Wednesday afternoon by a volunteer with Recycled Doggies.

Eleven dogs were killed in the fire that occurred Monday night on Madison Avenue. The homeowner, Shannon DeBra, worked with the Recycled Doggies Dog Rescue and the Cincinnati Pet Food Pantry and was taking care of several animals at the time of the fire.
