MIDDLETOWN, OH (FOX19) - Charges have been upgraded against two teenagers accused of setting a classmate's hair on fire.
Three teens - ages 15, 16 and 17 - are charged in connection with the incident, which happened last month on a Middletown school bus.
Charges against the teens include aggravating menacing, assault and obstructing official business.
On Friday, charges against the 15 and 17 year olds were upgraded to aggravated arson.
All three are still being held at the Butler County Juvenile Detention Center. A judge set a trial date for April 4.
