CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The acclaimed medical doctor, portrayed in Patch Adams, the Robin Williams' movie, will share his inspirational "Joy of Caring" and "Living a Life of Joy" messages on Saturday, March 5th.
Cincinnati-based Episcopal Retirement Homes (ERH), is presenting Dr. Adams as part of its "Living Well into the Future" campaign, for improving the lives of older adults.
The morning presentation begins at 8 a.m., and will be held at The Community of the Good Shepherd at 8815 E. Kemper Rd. Attendees will be able to visit exhibitors and enjoy a continental breakfast. Dr. Adams will begin speaking at 9:15 a.m.
Proceeds for the event will benefit ERH's Parish Health Ministry. All tickets have already been reserved. The dinner will feature "An Evening with Patch Adams" speaking on "Living a Life of Joy" at Deupree House, ERH's premier retirement community in Hyde Park.
