CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The Montgomery Community Church will be servicing the 22 families that were affected by the major apartment fire in Woodlawn.
On Sunday, February 20, 2011, 22 families lost all they had when their apartment was destroyed in a fire. Thankfully, no one was hurt in the fire. However, most of them lost everything except for the clothes on their backs.
The Montgomery Community Church will be helping these families that were affected by the fire on Saturday, March 5, 2011 from noon until 3:00 PM.
The church has set up a temporary distribution center on the church property. They will welcome the families who have lost everything to come and pick up the items they need for free.
The community came together in a great way by donating items to the families.
Donations may be brought to the church, 11251 Montgomery Road, during regular business hours weekdays and during services.
