OXFORD, OH (FOX19) - The Farmer School of Business is ranked in the top 25 undergraduate business schools, according to Business Week's sixth annual survey of the nation's best undergraduate business programs. The school placed 22nd overall and 7th among those programs offered by public universities and colleges in the U.S.
In addition to being in the nation's top 5 percent of schools, the Farmer School was the only Ohio program in the top 25 and one of only two Ohio institutions in the top 50. The rankings were announced Thursday, March 3.
The Farmer School of Business provides an academically rigorous program enhanced by real-world experience and many opportunities to study abroad. Its accountancy, entrepreneurship, and supply chain programs rank among the nation's best, in surveys conducted by publications in those fields. The Farmer School's 14-month MBA program was ranked 3rd in the U.S. and 9th in the world in The Wall Street Journal's 2009 evaluation of accelerated MBA programs.
