CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Cincinnati couple is facing charges after police say they had drugs in their car, along with two young children.
Millie Barnes, 23, is charged with tampering with evidence, possession of drugs, possession of drug abuse instruments, obstructing official business and two counts of child endangering. Jason Phillips, 27, is charged with possession of drugs and two counts of endangering children.
According to police documents, when officers pulled over the car, Barnes tried to hide a syringe of heroin in the back seat, where the two children were sitting.
Both were taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center. Phillips' bond was set at $10,000 and Barnes' at $26,000.
