CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Colerain Township man is behind bars after police say he fired several shots in his backyard, alarming his neighbors.
Kyle McConnell, 20, is charged with discharging a firearm on or near prohibited premises and inducing panic.
According to court records, McConnell fired a .357 Magnum handgun belonging to his grandmother 13 times on Wednesday morning. The shots prompted several 911 calls from neighbors.
McConnell claims he was target shooting.
He was arraigned Thursday morning and had his bond set at $2,500.
