Ingredients
1 cup water
1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
Pinch of salt
1/8 teaspoon apple pie spice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 small Granny Smith apple peeled and cut into bite size pieces.
1 Tablespoon dried cranberries
How to prepare
Bring 1 cup of water with pinch of salt to a boil.
Add 1/2 cup of Old Fashioned Oats.
Add apple pie spice and sugar to water and oats and stir.
Turn down heat to a simmer.
After 2 ½ minutes have passed add the apples, let cook for 2 1/2 more minutes.
Add 1 Tablespoon dried cranberries and stir.
Transfer to bowl and sprinkle with brown sugar.
