CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Union workers will pack Fountain Square as Ohio Governor John Kasich unveils his budget.
The Hamilton County Democratic party says "thousands" will join together on the square from 4:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. tonight. FOX19 learned Tuesday morning the gathering is partly to express dissatisfaction with Senate Bill 5.
That is the legislation that would end collective bargaining rights for public employees and currently is in the Ohio House.
The rally will also focus on Ohio's budget that the Governor has yet to give details on. During his State Speech, Governor Kasich said his budget would not raise taxes and he wants to run the state like a business.
