Truck driver arrested for accident that shut down I-75

MIDDLETOWN, OH (FOX19) - The truck driver involved in the accident that shut down I-75 in Middletown on Tuesday has been charged with vehicular assault and failure to control.
Tyrone Warner, 40, of Louisiana was arrested Tuesday afternoon after the accident and went before a judge on Wednesday morning. According to State Highway Patrol, a semi-truck rolled over a car and is was hanging over a divider wall between the north and southbound lanes. The accident happened around 9 a.m.
The person driving the car that was crushed by the semi was Sydney Waitz-Kudla, 16, of Cincinnati. She is currently in critical condition at Dayton's Miami Valley Hospital.
A victim of a third vehicle was taken to Atrium Medical Center, there is no word on their condition and a name has not been released.
Three other vehicles were hit by debris from the accident, however, no one in those vehicles were injured in the accident.
A judge has set a preliminary hearing for April 1st at 1:30 p.m.
