CLERMONT COUNTY, OH (FOX19) – A man charged in the death of a three year old girl could face more charges.
A Clermont County Grand Jury will hear the case of Samuel Johnson. He has already been charged with involuntary manslaughter for the death of the girl in Goshen last month.
Prosecutors tell FOX19 they will ask the Grand Jury for a felony murder charge, which carries a sentence of 15 years to life. Johnson is being held in the Clermont County Jail on a million dollar bond.
Her mother, Erin Pappas, had child endangering charges dropped, but still faces drug charges.
