BLUE ASH, OH (FOX19) - A Blue Ash police officer is still fighting for his job after bring convicted of a DUI in February.
A pre-disciplinary hearing was held Monday morning involving the dismissal of Blue Ash Police Officer Jason Lobenthal.
Lobenthal and his lawyers presented their side of the case to Blue Ash City Officials. Police Chief Chris Wallace also presented his side to city officials.
Police Chief Chris Wallace wants Lobenthal fired for this and a previous unreported incident. Chief Wallace believes it shows a pattern of behavior.
The hearing officer will make a recommendation to the City Manager, which could result in the firing of Lobenthal.
