Police search for man who robbed Whitewater Township bank

WHITEWATER TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office is searching for a man they believe robbed a US Bank in Whitewater Township.

Police arrived at the bank near the intersection of OH-128 and Harrison Ave. at about 5:30 pm. Police say a man entered the bank and implied he had a gun, then demanded money from the teller.

The teller gave the man an undetermined amount of money and then fled down Harrison Ave. in what police call a gray 1990s Blazer-type vehicle.

The suspect is described as a white male in his late 20s, 6 feet tall, 170 pounds, last seen wearing dark sunglasses, blue baseball cap, blue jeans with a dark colored zip up type jacket and purple gloves.
