Over 100 people braved the cold Saturday morning to help clean up ramps on Cincinnati's highways.
The clean up was organized by Keep Cincinnati Beautiful and the Ohio Department of Transportation. Cincinnatians went online and voted for the top 10 ramps in the city that were in the most need for clean up.
In hours, volunteers collected 820 bags of trash and filled eight dump trucks with landscaping debris.
Volunteers also got a chance to help landscape Keep Cincinnati Beautiful's Daffodils & Daylilies beds along the side of Cincinnati's major highways. These beds are located by the Hopple St. entrance to I-75, the Eighth St. ramp to I-75, Liberty St. at I-471, and the Paddock Rd. entrance to I-75.
