Prisoner given day pass for funeral; didn't return to jail

LEBANON, OH (FOX19) -

The Warren County Sheriff's Office is searching for a prisoner who didn't return to the jail after he was given a day pass to attend a funeral.

Brian Joseph Miser, 25, was ordered to return to the jail at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, March 25th, but never returned. Miser was sentenced March 14th for a probation violation. He was on probation for Operating a Vehicle while Impaired. He has now been charged with escape.

Miser is described as a white male, 5'11" and 155 pounds. He has hazel eyes and a closely cut haircut or a shaved head. He has many tattoos. His last known address is in the 500 block of Old Main Street in Miamisburg, Ohio.
