COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Two people were taken to the hospital Tuesday night after a crash in Colerain Township.
It happened just before 9 p.m. on U.S. 27 at the Ronald Reagan Highway.
Police say a GMC truck operated by Travis Brakeall, 33, of Springfield, Ohio was traveling northbound on U.S. 27 when he failed to maintain control of his vehicle and crossed the center line, striking a Chrysler 300.
The Chrysler was being operated by Chris Watkins, 28, of Cincinnati. After striking the Chrysler, the truck exited the left side of the roadway and overturned.
Both Watkins and Brakeall were taken to University Hospital.
Brakeall was cited for failure to maintain control and operating on a suspended license. Watkins was also cited for operating on a suspended license.
Police say alcohol or drugs are not factors in the crash and both men were wearing their seatbelts.
