OXFORD, OH (FOX19) - Former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice will be this year's speaker for the Anderson Distinguished Lecture Series on Thursday.
Rice will speak at 7:15 p.m. in Millett Hall. Admission is free.
Rice served in the administration of George W. Bush, serving as national security adviser during Bush's first term, and as secretary of state during his second term. She was closely involved with developing the administration's counter-terrorism policies and championed the expansion of democratic governments.
The Anderson Distinguished Lecture Series is presented by Miami University's Farmer School of Business. The Farmer School brings world leaders and prominent thought leaders to campus each year to share their perspectives on timely topics.
