Two people are behind bars after police say they were selling drugs out of their in-home day care.
Elishama Vinson, 31, and Marvin Lear, 30, are both facing multiple drug charges.
According to court documents, officers found marijuana and cocaine ready for sale when they executed a search warrant at the couple's home on Westwood Northern Boulevard.
Vinson is charged with two counts each of trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs. Lear is charged with three counts of possession of drugs and three counts of trafficking drugs. He is also facing a having weapons under disability charge. Court records indicate he has several previous felony drug convictions.
Vinson and Lear are being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
