An Ohio couple accused of keeping a girl in a barricaded bathroom whenever she wasn't in school have been indicted on additional charges.

The Montgomery County prosecutor says 50-year-old Brian Hart and 49-year-old Rivae Hart of Dayton were each indicted Friday on one count of kidnapping and three child endangering charges. They have been in the county jail since their January arrests.

The Harts had initially been indicted in February on kidnapping and child endangering charges

Authorities said the couple was accused of keeping Rivae Hart's 9-year-old granddaughter in a small bathroom area and allowed her out only on a limited basis.

Rivae Hart's attorney did not immediately return a call. There was no answer to calls to Brian Hart's attorney's office.

Arraignment on the new charges is scheduled Thursday.
