Power out in a number of places after thunderstorm
CINCINNATI (FOX19) - Today's storm brings with it a moderate number of power outages in the Duke Energy service area.
About three thousand home and businesses in Campbell County were listed as being without power at 2:45 p.m., although a map produced 15 minutes later had that number down under a thousand, with virtually all of those affected being in the northern part of the county.
There were about 3000 customers without power in Hamilton County. The largest chunk were in the west central part of the county, with two outages, one under a thousand customers and one over. Two outages were in the middle of the county, with one between 250 and a thousand out, and another affecting 100-250 customers.
There were no other outages reported around the Duke service area with more than 100 customers affected.
