(FOX19) - A fast-moving front is bringing showers and storms to the Tri-State on Monday morning, making for a wet morning commute.
The storms are dropping heavy rain on the Tri-State, as well as wind gusts of up to 40 miles per hour. FOX19 Meteorologists Frank Marzullo and Katy Morgan say areas south of downtown Cincinnati are getting the worst of the storms.
The threat of strong storms will end by the early afternoon., but showers will linger. Temperatures will drop from the 70's into the upper 50's and lower 60's.
Expect steady to moderate rain to cause ponding on roads and flash flooding concerns.
