GREEN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - A female suspect is in custody after being accused of stabbing another woman through a partially open window of her car.
According to the Green Township Police Department, an officer was driving through a parking lot in the 5000 block of Glen crossing Way in Green Township just before 10 a.m. Monday when the officer was flagged down by a witness who said a person had been stabbed multiple times.
The officer found a 20-year-old victim who told police she was sitting in her vehicle when the suspect, Shequita Holyfield, 25, came up to her car and stabbed her several times through a partially open car window.
The victim has non life-threatening injuries but was taken to University Hospital by Green Township medics.
A warrant for felonious assault, a second degree felony, has been issued for Holyfield, which is now in police custody.
