Saturday was the opening day of the "Butterflies of Brazil" exhibit at Krohn Conservatory.
The conservatory says the exhibit showcases 16,000 butterflies representing over 100 species of South American butterflies.
This is the 16th annual Butterfly Show at the Krohn Conservatory. The exhibit will also include events that celebrate the culture of Brazil, including Carnivale and Samba inspired set designs inspired by Brazilian architect Roberto Burle Marx.
Other events will include weekend samba performances, food demonstrations, and dance lessons.
The exhibit lasts until June 19th.
