Cincinnati Mayor Mark Mallory has called a special city council session on Thursday to deliver his annual State of the City address.
The speech will be at 6:30 p.m. at the Duke Energy Convention Center.
The mayor is expected to touch on a variety of topics, including the recent developments surrounding the Cincinnati streetcar. A state board rejected funding for the project last week.
Following the speech, councilwoman Amy Murray will deliver the Republican response.
FOX19 will have complete coverage of the speech on air and online.
