Jewish community serves the less fortunate on Easter Sunday

Although they don't celebrate the holiday themselves, a group of Jewish young professional volunteers wanted to make the holiday happier for Cincinnati's less fortunate who do celebrate the day.

The group purchased, made, and served an Easter Egg and Pancake brunch to people in Over-the-Rhine.

The volunteers are a part of ACTout, a partnership between the Jewish young adults program "Access" and the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati.

Breakfast was served at the Nast-Trinity United Methodist Church at 9 a.m. Sunday morning.
