A Cincinnati Police Officer convicted of exposing himself at Eastgate Mall has been fired.
Robert McDonough admitted to one count of indecent exposure for exposing himself to employees at the Sears store in the mall.
McDonough was identified on store surveillance video and arrested about a month after the May incident.
He was suspended from the force with pay, but had his supervisory and police powers suspended.
A Cincinnati Police spokeswoman said Tuesday that McDonough was fired following an administrative review.
McDonough had been a Cincinnati Police officer since 1998 and spent 10 years in District 5 before being promoted to sergeant and being transferred to District 4.
