Man arrested for hiding HIV status may face charges in Warren County

LEBANON, OH (FOX19) -

A Hyde Park man indicted in Hamilton County for hiding his HIV positive status is being investigated for similar charges in Warren County.

Andre Davis, 29, was indicted on seven counts of felonious assault for failing to tell his sex partners he was HIV positive. According to the Warren County Sheriff's Office, additional victims have come forward claiming that they have had sexual encounters with Davis.

The victims told Warren County Detectives of sexual encounters which took place in various locations in Warren County.

The Warren County Prosecutor will hear the case later this week.
