River to go below flood stage Friday; we're just short of record month

Cincinnati is about a tenth of an inch short of the wettest month on record.

So far this month, we've seen 13.52 inches of rain, just short of the record 13.62 inches set in January of 1937.

There is a slight chance of rain before the end of the month, but it looks like we will fall short of the record.
