MIDDLETOWN, OH (FOX19) - Three teenagers accused of lighting one of their classmate's hair on fire have all pleaded guilty to lesser charges.
A 15-year-old and a 17-year-old pleaded guilty to attempted aggravated assault and will remain in the juvenile detention center until sentencing. Another 17-year-old pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. That teen will remain on home incarceration with a monitor.
The Middletown High School students are accused of lighting 15-year-old Devin Lewis' hair on fire on a school bus in February.
The teens' charges ranged from aggravating and menacing to assault and obstructing official business. They pled guilty to the lesser charges on Tuesday.
All three teens will be sentenced on May 27.
