1 can frozen Bacardi margarita mix
1 can low fat sweetened condensed milk
1 small tub low fat whipped topping, thawed
Zest of one lime
Zest of one orange
4 drops green food coloring (optional)
2 cups pretzel crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a food processor process about 3 cups of pretzels sticks, you will need 2 cups of crumbs to make pie crust. In a medium bowl mix melted butter with pretzel crumbs until combined. Spray 8 inch pie pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour crumbs into 8 inch pie pan. Press crumbs on bottom and sides of pan with a glass. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
In a large bowl, mix margarita mix, condensed milk, whipped topping and lime and orange zest, until completely combined. Add food coloring if desired.
Pour filling mixture into cooled pie crust. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
