Man arrested for crash that killed brother

Harvey Harvey

A Lebanon man has been arrested for a crash that killed his younger brother.

Harvey Powers, 30, was arrested Thursday for two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide.

Police say Powers was drunk when he crashed his car on Nov. 28 on Riverside Drive, killing his front seat passenger, Brandon Flowers, 25.

According to court documents, Harvey Powers had a blood-alcohol level of .098 and was driving at a high rate of speed when he traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a pole. Police say he also had multiple drivers license suspensions.

Powers is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
