Homicide victim was holding 14-month-old child when shot

The Cincinnati Police Department has released the name of the man who was shot and killed in Over-the-Rhine Tuesday morning.

The shooting happened in the 1300 block of Main Street around 9:30 a.m. Santino Furr, 25, was taken to University Hospital where he died from his injuries.

According to the Cincinnati Police Department, Furr was standing on the sidewalk outside of the Circle A Market on Main Street holding a 14 month-old child when he was shot multiple times by an unknown person. The child was not shot, but was injured from the fall.

Police are looking for two suspects believed to be involved in the shooting.

The suspects were seen fleeing in a silver of gray mini van. The shooter is described as a black male in his 30's, heavy set and with braids in his hair. The driver is described as a black male and balding.
