Suspect accused of killing deputy officially charged; will be in court Thursday

LEBANON, OH (FOX19) -

The Ohio State Highway Patrol has officially filed charges against a suspect accused of hitting and killing a Warren County Sheriff's Deputy.

Charges of involuntary manslaughter and failure to comply were filed against Marcus Isreal in Lebanon Municipal Court.

Isreal is accused of killing Sgt. Brian Dulle has he was laying down stop sticks during a chase early Tuesday morning in Turtlecreek Township.

According to Lebanon Municipal Court, Isreal's arraignment will be scheduled for Thursday at 1:30 p.m. in the Lebanon Municipal Court.

The Warren County Prosecutor's Office is preparing to present the case to the Warren County grand jury on Friday.
