CALIFORNIA, OH (FOX19) - Live racing returns to River Downs on Friday after weeks of flooding put the park under water.
The Ohio River flooded parts of the park, including the track, which has been too wet for racing.
The clubhouse and Tiki bar have been open for simulcast racing for a few weeks.
The horses had to be evacuated for a short time due to flooding, but returned a few weeks ago and have been working out.
The first post time Friday is at 3 p.m.
