Flags will be flown at half staff Saturday in honor of fallen deputy

LEBANON, OH (FOX19) -

Gov. John Kasich has ordered that flags across Warren County be flown at half staff Saturday in honor of a Sheriff's Deputy killed in the line of duty.

Sgt. Brian Dulle, 36, was killed Tuesday morning while he was laying down stop sticks during a chase.

Dulle's funeral is scheduled for Saturday at noon.

The proclamation from the governor reads: "In honor of the life of service of Warren County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Brian Dulle, I hereby proclaim, by the authority vested in me as Governor of the State of Ohio by the Ohio Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, that the flags of the United States of America and the State of Ohio shall be flown at half-staff upon all public buildings and grounds throughout Warren County from sunrise to sunset on May 14."
