Police look for woman who robbed Clifton bank

CLIFTON, OH (FOX19) - The Cincinnati Police Department is searching for a woman who robbed a bank just after Noon on Friday from the US Bank at 425 Ludlow Avenue in Clifton.

Officers arrived within minutes of the alarm, but the suspect had already ran from the scene westbound towards Whitfield Street and into a waiting vehicle, which was described as a green Honda or Nissan. An undetermined amount of currency was taken.

Criminal Investigation Section, Major Offenders Unit is looking for a white female suspect in her early to middle 30s, approximately 5'3" to 5'5" tall, and 140-150 pounds. She was wearing a wig with shoulder length red hair, eyeglasses, black blazer, black pants, and white gym shoes. The suspect was also carrying a white and black purse with red trim possibly resembling a Dooney & Bourke purse.
