The suspect in the death of a Warren County Sheriff's Deputy has been indicted on nine charges, including a murder charge.

Marcus Isreal, 22, is accused of killing Sgt. Brian Dulle when he struck and hit him with his car. Sgt. Dulle was laying down stop sticks at the time, trying to stop a police chase involving Isreal.

Marcus Isreal was indicted on a murder charge with gun specifications, since he was found with a gun in his car at the time of the accident.

According to Warren County Prosecutors at a press conference Friday, Isreal faces 21-35 years in prison. Prosecutors will not be seeking the death penalty in this case.
