Man accused of hiding HIV status indicted in Warren County

LEBANON, OH (FOX19) -

A Hyde Park man who has already been indicted in Hamilton County for failing to reveal his HIV status to his sex partners has now been indicted for the same thing in Warren County.

A Warren County grand jury indicted Andre Davis, 29, on nine counts of felonious assault.

According to the indictment, Davis engaged in sexual conduct with at least four individuals from December 2010 to January 2011.

He has already been indicted on 15 counts of felonious assault in Hamilton County.
