Man accused of stabbing prosecutor, brother pleads insanity

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - A man accused of stabbing a Butler County assistant prosecutor and her brother has pled not guilty by reason of insanity.

James Terry is facing several charges, including aggravated burglary, aggravated attempted murder and felonious assault. He's accused of stabbing Kelly O'Keefe, a Butler County assistant prosecutor, and her brother, James O'Keefe.

A judge set a competency hearing for Terry for the end of June.
