While at the house, police found illegal drugs.
Sean M. McClain was charged with Involuntary Manslaughter, Child Endangering, Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Drug Abuse, and Drug Paraphernalia.
The child's mother was also arrested. Marisa K. Jones, 22, was charged with a probation violation. She was on probation following a felony drug conviction in Florida.
The child was taken to the Miami Valley Regional Crime Laboratory, where an autopsy is being performed. No word on what caused the death.
